Employee of the Month - December

In  December 2018 the Trust was required to put in place contingency measures to store clinical waste on site, due to the failing of the clinical waste contract. Tony successfully encouraged and led his team of waste operatives, ensuring collections and storage of waste did not affect any clinical care to patients and the site remained safe for all staff and visitors. Tony went above and beyond in his role with his organisational skills put to the test, when bulk waste was required to be prepared, transported and removed from site.
