Employee of the Month - February 2023

Sue Robason, Acting Linen and Domestic Manager has been awarded the Employee of the Month for February 2023.

Feedback for the award from Wayne Carr, Director of Estates & Facillities includes:

'Sue has been nominated for Employee of the month following her success at the national My Cleaning Awards.  The company would like to acknowledge Sue's Lifetime Achievement Award, recognising that she has dedicated her career to helping keep hospital services running.  Sue is a tireless advocate for her domestic teams, and she champions their work.  Sue has good relationships with staff across CHoICE and the Trust and she also cares deeply about patients and puts them at the forefront of all she does.  She is motivated and positively engaged, serving as a true inspiration to all who come into contact with her'.
