Employee of the Month May 2019

CHoICE are delighted to inform you that Sharon Wake, who works as a domestic has been selected as the City Hospitals Independent Commercial Enterprises Ltd (CHoICE) employee of the month for May 2019. 

Feedback received from staff in relation to Sharon achieving this ward, includes:

 “The ladies toilet in Supplies/Pharmacy required cleaning after the toilet area had been used inappropriately.  Sharon did not hesitate in cleaning up the area, she just donned her PPE and “got on with it”.  No complaining or saying it wasn’t her job.  Sharon should be commended for this and I believe she has done this on a number of other occasions in the past, without even raising a concern”

CHoICE would like to take this opportunity to thank Sharon for her excellent work and the valuable contribution she has made to our organisation.  As CHoICE’s ethos is to deliver high quality, safe, cost effective services, it is appropriate that we celebrate the hard work and dedication of our staff.
