New Beverage Trolley

CHoICE Facilities Services have recently delivered a new beverage trolley to each ward across the Sunderland sites, in our efforts to enhance the beverage service for all of our patients. The trolleys, designed specifically around the needs of our service, were finally ordered, after many months of trials involving nursing staff and our teams,  who actually serve the beverages being an integral part of the development and design.

The beverage trolley offers a much more professional image, and enables the variety of ingredients to be safely stored and prepared, and the early feedback from the team who use the trolleys has been very positive, with ease of use and service, key features, as well as guaranteeing the full range of beverages are always available.

The frontline team believe the trolleys are a welcome addition as part of the continued efforts by CHoICE to develop and enhance all of the services we offer to our patients and Trust colleagues, and we continue to encourage feedback from all service users, to help us with these efforts.
