CHoICE continue to explore and invest in vital resources and equipment as part of our ongoing aim of improving the standards of service we provide, as well as reacting to ever changing national compliance targets for cleaning standards.
More importantly, we encourage feedback from our cleaning team and try to respond to ensure their working environment and the equipment available to them to perform their roles to the best of their ability, can be achieved in the safest and most efficient way possible.
One of the most recent outcomes from this, has been the delivery of a range of new cleaning equipment, which was procured with full staff engagement, and after an intense staff training period to ensure the safe and effective use of the equipment, the cleaning team are now enjoying the benefits of using such modern cleaning equipment. Early feedback from the team has been positive, with some noticeable improvements to standards already evident.
Choice will continue to listen to our frontline staff, and look to continue to invest for the benefit of both the people we rely on to provide the service and those who depend on us to ensure cleaning standards are of the highest level.
