Congratulations to Rachael Hutchinson, Deputy Head of Facilities who was presented with the Leadership Award at the recent Trust Staff Recognitions Awards event. This is awarded to someone who shows exceptional leadership skills.
Rachael was joined by around 400 other staff at the Beacon of Light to celebrate the NHS workers who make a difference to patients and their colleagues.
Rachael was nominated by her colleagues and was described as having "limitless and unbounded passion and energy for the job and those who support her in delivering a successful service.
